SCREEN PRINTING
A printing technique where mesh is used to transfer ink onto a garment, except in areas that are blocked out. Think of a 'screen' basically as a stencil for each color of your design. For every color printed, a squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh areas with ink. That color is then dried and a new screen with a different color and part of the design can be added. This process is then repeated for every color and location required.

MINIMUMS
Screen printing requires a 12 piece minimum for both new and re-orders. All 12 pieces must be decorated using the same design, at the same design size and in the same location.
PRICING
Pricing is based upon the quantity purchased per design and how many colors and locations are printed on the garment.
SCREEN CHARGES & FEES
NEW SCREEN CHARGES
- $35 per design/size/color/location
- Screens are active (free to use) for 1 year after last order. Minimum order quantities still apply.
RE-BURN CHARGES
- If a screen is not used within 12 months of its last order, a $20 re-burn fee would apply per design/color/location.
INK CHANGEOVER FEES
- For every color change, a $10 fee would apply per design/location.

CAN YOU PRINT OVER ZIPPERS? CAN YOU PRINT OVER SEAMS? CAN YOU PRINT ON REFLECTIVE TAPING?
It is not recommended and varies on each piece. After inspection of the garment, we would advise on printing quality and associated costs.
DOES THE GARMENT FABRIC MATTER?
Yes. If the garment is made primarily from polyester (dr-fit), special ink colors would be required or a white base would be needed. Adding this base, would increase costs as if printing an additional color/location.
IMPRINT SPECS
CAN I PRINT THE SAME DESIGN ON DIFFERENT GARMENTS & COLORS TO REACH MINIMUMS?
Yes, as long as the design stays the same and at the same size on all pieces. If you need to change ink colors, an ink changeover fee would apply.
CAN I CHANGE THE LOGO SIZE FOR ADULTS & KIDS?
- Yes, but that would be considered 2 separate designs, which would require 12 adult pieces and 12 youth pieces. You can't combine quantities to met minimums or for price breaks.
- If you size the design to max out on the smallest garment, you can use the same sized design on all pieces to reach price breaks.
HOW DURABLE IS SCREEN PRINTING?
- Screen Printing is the most durable decoration method.
- It is recommended for industries who will require frequent wear, tear and washing (servers, construction worker, etc).
- We use the highest quality and most durable Plastisol inks.
CAN YOU PRINT INSIDE LABELS? CAN YOU PRINT FULL COLOR? CAN YOU DO ALL OVER PRINTING?
Yes, just not in house. We would work with one of our partner factories who specialize in these fields, so we can keep your costs down! And depending on the quantity, we could work with the manufacturer prior to product assembly, to create a fully custom product.
Another good option to consider for full color or all over printing, is our DIGITAL PRINTING or SPECIALTY TRANSFERS!
IMPRINT LOCATIONS
Oversized printing is available by request only. Additional charges would apply. Imprint size for orders ranging from youth to adult pieces are limited to the size of the smallest shirt; unless an additional screen is decided upon. Circular designs run 1-1/2" smaller.
